A reminder members, just because you have asked for the cover arena to be unlocked does not mean you have booked it for exclusive use. Unless you have paid a hire fee, the grounds and arena are open to all members (when not hired or booked by clubs). If you do not want to share the arena (and you are there 1st), you can politely ask other if they would mind waiting until you have finished BUT you can NOT deny them access. If there are any issues, call Kym 0427 404 600.

❗️Important Notice❗️

It is with much regret we announce Tepon undercover arena will now be locked, due to the continuous misuse by a few people.

Don't panic! Members can still access the arena to ride when the grounds are not booked. To do this you must contact either Kym Clark or Tennille Lange at least 12 hours in advance to organise the unlocking.

Reminder... It is YOUR responsibility to clean up after YOUR horse! Manure and any equipment MUST BE REMOVED from the arena!!!
Manure must be cleaned up around the grounds and NO bailing twine is to be left on the grounds.

Thank you to all members who have been respectful of our grounds and cleaned up after others. If you see someone doing the wrong thing call them out!

We would also like to thank everyone in advance for your patience while we work the kinks out.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who showed up raring to go at our Working Bee!

It was a turn out for the records and we all so appreciate your efforts. It was a big day but we achieved so much! And the grounds are looking amazing for the year ahead!
