We are Hiring!!! Please share!!!

Our season is about to kick start with our surf education programs and surf school!
We have some great opportunities for those interested in sharing the stoke and educating the next generation. The job roles we have available:

Water Saftey = Helping to keep participants safe in and out of the water whilst sharing education.

Instructors: Taking your class of surfers or surfer and going sharing the stoke of surfing and ocean education.

Surf School manager: Managing the school and learning the ins an outs of the business.

The right applicants must be great with people especially kids, be able to work in a team environment, must have a strong understanding and love of the ocean.

We can help you get qualified and take you through all the training you need.

The Happy Days crew are beyond stoked to be continuing our partnership with the legends at Wave of Wellness (WoW).
By using the ocean to create connections and healthy habits within our communities, WoW is changing the face of therapy and providing free mental health support through adult surf programs nationwide.

The healing power of the ocean is incredible, and surfing has helped us and countless friends and families through some tough times over the years. To be able to guide others through their journey and share the magic feeling of getting that Vitamin Sea fix is pretty damn special. 🥰

Water Safety Staff needed!!!
It’s that time of year again and we are looking for extra staff to join the team for this seasons Surf Education sessions. If you enjoy working with people & and love getting salty read on.
Surf Education days are usually from 10am to 1pm during the week and predominantly held at Sandon Point Beach, Bulli throughout Summer. Our focus is on teaching ocean awareness, safety and education. You do not require surfing skills however you must be confident at the beach and have water based experience such as surf club, swim training, diving or a background in any ocean activities. Qualifications are a bonus but successful instructors will be trained specifically for the role. If this sounds like the summer role for you please contact JP on 0404703374 for more details.
