Greta Truscott 103km, 11.10.10, 2nd age group, 14th female. Another solid international performance.

Trent Macleay. 1/2 marathon. 1.25.05. 2nd age group!!
Jen Macleay and Cody Macleay competed in the 10km with solid results.
Michael Murrell. 1/2 marathon. 90.26. Sub 90 incoming in 2025.

UTK 2024.
100km. Brendan Banfield. 76th overall, 14:54:17, amazing effort on debut.
30km. Kylie Nicholls. 5:22 - next up Tarawera NZ.

Sydney trail 1/2 marathon.

Sydney Marathon 2024.
Our marathon team had an absolute day out on Sunday September 15.
Russ Chin showed aged is no barrier running a 2.32 ‘pacing’ marathon.
Greta Truscott battled home in 3.03 being the 8th Aussie female.
Petra Holmes super negative split 3.41 on debut (1.52/1.49), and Yvonne Hill with a 4 min PB 3.48.
Well done team!! Don’t forget to do your strides!!
