🔵🟢 2026 SEASON WRAP – MEN’S HARRIGAN SHIELD 🔵🟢

Unfortunately, our finals journey has come to an end.

While today’s result wasn’t what we were hoping for, the boys can hold their heads high after everything they’ve put into the 2026 season. From the early rounds through to finals footy, the team continued to fight, improve and represent the Figtree Crushers with pride.

A special mention must also go to our Ladies League Tag side, who also had a fantastic season and earned their place in the finals. The girls showed incredible determination and commitment throughout the year, finishing their season with a hard-fought Elimination Semi Final. We are incredibly proud of everything they achieved and the way they represented the Crushers.

A massive thank you to our incredible sponsors. Your support allows our club to take the field each week, and we genuinely couldn’t do it without you.

To our players, coaches, volunteers, committee, families and supporters — thank you for everything you have contributed throughout the season. From preparing the fields to cheering from the sidelines, every contribution makes our club what it is.

And to the entire Figtree and Crushers community, thank you for turning up, supporting the boys and creating an amazing atmosphere throughout the year. 🙌

We may have fallen short today, but we’re incredibly proud of what this group has achieved and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey.

After a long season, the Crushers are ready for their biggest challenge yet as they take on the Berkeley Eagles in a massive Elimination Final this Saturday.

The Crushers are back in action this Saturday for the final round of the regular season, taking on the Avondale Wombats at Dandaloo Oval.

After a huge win last week to retain the Rocket Rod Boyle Shield, the boys will be looking to finish the regular season on a high and carry plenty of momentum into the finals. 💪

THE CRUSHERS HOLD THE SHIELD! 🏆🔥

What a finish at Figtree! The Crushers have come away with a huge 14–12 victory over the Mt Kembla Lowries in a thrilling Round 14 clash.

With the Rocket Rod Boyle Shield on the line, the boys showed plenty of determination and composure to get the job done in a tight contest and keep the Shield in Crushers hands. 💪

It was a massive day for the club as we celebrated Old Boys Day, with past players, supporters and clubmates coming back to Figtree to celebrate the history of the Crushers and get behind the current generation.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down and supported the boys today. The atmosphere at Figtree was unreal, and your support helped get the boys over the line! 💚💙

Here’s how the Crushers line up for a huge Round 14 clash against the Mt Kembla Lowries this Saturday! 🏉

With the Rocket Rod Boyle Shield on the line and 5th spot on the ladder up for grabs, there’s plenty to play for as the boys look to defend the Shield on home turf.
