This program is designed for mums who want to rebuild their core, feel stronger, and move better in real life.

We’re not doing anything extreme or intimidating—just dumbbells, bodyweight, and smart training that actually works with your body.

You can expect:
✔ core + pelvic floor connection work
✔ full body dumbbell strength training
✔ focus on posture, glutes + deep core stability
✔ low pressure, beginner-friendly environment
✔ a mix of strength, control, and confidence building

This is about feeling supported in your body again—not punishing it.
