At Adapt Martial Arts Academy, we teach a range of systems designed to suit every age and stage:

Meet Our Head Instructor – Kosta Skrapis
Kosta is the owner and Head Instructor of Adapt Martial Arts Academy. With 25 years of trainin

g and over 15 years of coaching, he holds a 4th Dan in Taekwondo and a 4th Dan in Hapkido. His achievements include:
• ISKA World Cup Champion (Showmanship)
• Multi-time Australasian Titles Champion (Xtreme Forms, Weapons & Showmanship)
• Multiple ISKA Championships including Coffs Harbour Challenge
• NSW State Boxing Champion
• Coach of four ISKA World Cup Titleholders
• Recognised for having one of the highest performance placement rates in Australia for Xtreme Martial Arts

Kosta has also been featured in music videos for artists including Fortunate and Justice Crew. Adapt Martial Arts Academy is a family-run school where students build real confidence, learn practical skills, and become fitter and stronger — all within a supportive, fun, community-driven environment.

WE’RE BACK AGAIN THESE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! 🥊🥋

After a huge response to our last Weapons & Boxing Holiday Program, we’re doing it all again!

Join us for 3 action-packed hours of learning with Mr Rocco:
🥋 NUNCHUCKU/Weapons
🦵 Kicking Drills (including tornado kicks!)
🥊 Boxing

Whether your child is already a student or has never stepped foot in our academy before, this program is open to ALL primary school aged children. Bring a friend, cousin or schoolmate along for the fun!

💰 $30 per child

Parents, this is a drop-and-run event, so enjoy 3 hours to yourself while the kids stay active, learn new skills and burn off some school holiday energy.

How to know if you’re grading? You will receive a slip saying you’re grading!

4 training weeks until gradings on Thursday July 2 :)

We’re officially in grading prep mode now. Over the next few weeks you’ll start seeing more stripes handed out, more feedback from coaches, and a bigger focus on sharpening technique and fitness in class.

Stay consistent, get those extra sessions in where you can, and keep practicing at home. It all adds up by grading day 🥋
