Feeling so good after my first session back in the gym after a few days off. Definitely felt a little sluggish after too much to drink and lots of chocolate. But it was so much fun and I enjoyed it, remember don’t punish yourself for what you ate or drunk over the weekend. Own it, enjoy it then get back into your routine. ✌🏻

Loved working with this beautiful Mumma to be this week. Emma is 17weeks pregnant, wants to keep exercising and moving her body throughout her pregnancy. So we started to adjust her exercises slightly and concentrating on diaphragmatic breathing paired with pelvic floor activation. Not only will this help with core activation, it also helps to prevent pelvic floor damage and prepares the body to give birth.
