Tegan comes in every day with a smile on her face ready to smash the workout! She never questions the programme and always listens when corrected and thanks her trainers for making sure her form is correct 😃👌

Throughout this challenge Tegan has had many social events on, but hasn’t let that derail her progress, proving this is something she is committed to long term! 👊

Shaun is now a back to back challenge winner, also winning our October challenge! 🥇🥇

The determination and focus Shaun has shown since he has started with us at BFT Wollongong CBD is next level! He shows up every morning at 5am ready to put the work in to achieve his goals, rarely missing a session💪💪

Since starting with us Shaun has lost over 20kg in body fat! We cannot wait to see Shaun continue on his fitness journey and keep up the positive attitude he brings in each day! 👊👊

2 5 0 S E S S I O N S 🥳 🏋️‍♀️

Mon has made sure to smash out every workout she could manage to be the first member to hit 250 sessions.

We have only been open for 245 working days (taking out Sundays and public holidays we closed over Xmas)!!!

During this time she has also completed a couple half marathons. She is very dedicated to her health and fitness and being a role model for her kids and their health and sports.
