There could be so many things that are slowing down your progress, but the number one thing that stands out for me as a coach is INCONSISTENCY.
Inconsistency with nutrition.
Inconsistency with training.
Inconsistency with movement.
What's the point of chasing a body goal if you're undoing the work on the weekend by not giving a f*** about how you eat and move.
My client Justin here did not misplace 1g of his nutrition and collected sufficient enough data in first 4 weeks so I could help him get more results rather than fixing the mistakes (this is where most people stay and wonder why they can't see any changes).
