There could be so many things that are slowing down your progress, but the number one thing that stands out for me as a coach is INCONSISTENCY.

Inconsistency with nutrition.

Inconsistency with training.

What's the point of chasing a body goal if you're undoing the work on the weekend by not giving a f*** about how you eat and move.

My client came into my program scared of lifting heavy. She wanted to get stronger but was also patient to see physical changes and improved energy.

While getting stronger with deficit calories becomes extra challenging, we still need to shift body's energy burning towards more fat cells.
