2025 pushed us to our limits.
There were highs we’ll never forget. Growing our community, watching our members reach new levels, upgrading our gym. And there were lows. Surgeries, injuries, and the relentless pressure of running a small business that tested us deeply.
This has been one of the most challenging years we’ve faced in business and in life.
But our vision kept us on track.
Every member who kept showing up.
Every parent who trusted us with their kids.
Every person who walked through the doors on a hard day and left feeling just that little bit better.
The quiet wins on the mats.
Progress in the gym.
The growth you don’t always see straight away.
That’s what kept us going when things felt heavy.
As we head into 2026, we do so with more clarity than ever. We’re striving to do better and be better. To grow Synergy and improve the way we show up.
Determined to protect what we’ve built.
Determined to honour the culture of this academy.
Determined to keep doing the work that matters. Building strong, confident humans.
Thank you to every member, every family, every student who trained with us, supported us, and stood beside us this year. You are the reason this place exists, and we’re incredibly grateful to be building something bigger than ourselves with you.
