Make it easy to follow through

- plan the week - book your training sessions like appointments
- Batch cook protein portions and keep them in the fridge for easy access or whatever your meal prep looks like
- Fill up your water the night before
- Lay your clothes out for the gym

Make it simple, make it repeatable, use your discipline and mental load where it’s needed not for the basic crap
