Some sad news today one of our long term members stevo has passed away , Steve wasn’t the biggest lifter but was brutally strong for he’s size normally only needing 4-5 week training cycle before a completion , he was a man of many many story’s weather they were true or not no one knows ok , R.I.P stevo you will missed

So as you might imagine where now closed for the time being most of us are still training where just scattered across the country side in to our homes , but once this covid- 19 s**t fight is over well be back as for the competition calendar we’re still waiting to hear from the ALP there’s hope that nationals can still happen at the end of the year but as with everything at the moment it’s up in the air. we hope that everyone stays well and safe

Recap of our two lifters at the APL/ IPL Anzac international competition which was held in Australia this year at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. Vidu Eb had good day squatting an easy 150kg and just missing 160kg he benched 90kg he missed 97.5 twice once for missing the call and the second was just not enough in the tank on deadlift he pulled 205kg then beat he’s own National record with 210 kg he totaled 450 kg Shane Atta-singh this was shane’s second competition back since having he’s tricep injuries hes now on the 110 kg category he did equipped deadlift only he opened with 240kg then 250kg for a national record he missed 260kg both of them won there divisions we would like to thank John Gabriel and the APl for another great competition
