We offer a comprehensive yoga timetable with different class types and styles to align with the different reasons people come to yoga. We have classes to relax, to help manage stress and mental health, classes to build strength (body & mind) and amazing deep dive workshops to really explore understanding your true self. We are so blessed to have a beautiful community at green room of all people. No matter who you are we want you to feel welcome. Lead by Korinne - a Senior Yoga teacher with over 12000 hours of teaching time, Green Room is a world class facility to learn yoga (which is more than stretching) and to dive into the connection with your true self. Green Room Yoga & Wellness is a center of multiple modalities;

* Albury Wodonga Healing Massage - Myotherapy, cupping, dry needling, electro threapy, advanced remedial massage and more.

* The Earth Alchemist - Reflexology, Relaxation Massage, Reiki, Yoga, Prenatal specialist.
