1 mile time trial today.

1 mile time trial today.

Went out way to hard on the first lap, had to stop and almost quit.

After a couple of I'm dying breaths I cracked it and kept going

Still learning how to do a quality time trial, so far, every time I do the time trial I stuff it up somehow 🤣🤣

Anywho, second fastest time. Best is still 5:45min during lockdown last year

Dinner Saturday night

2020 was a battle

2021 and I have made a decision to make the most of it as we can

26 date nights (some with kids, most without)

26 adventures with the kiddos

They have to be simple, good on the budget and most of all, enjoyable

The best part about 1/26 date nights was just sitting around the lake at Beechworth and talk s**t.
