Here are the basics:
Calories are simply a unit of energy. Your body needs them to function, train, recover, and live your day-to-day life 💪🏼 🏃🏻‍♀️ 😴 👩🏻‍💻

No matter your goal - the quality of your food, protein intake, movement, training, sleep, and consistency all play a role too!!

Understanding calories doesn’t mean obsessing over numbers, it means learning how to fuel your body & build habits that actually support your goals 🤍
