Your teacher will be myself, Claire Hewer. I trained at the highly regarded Pilates International Training Centre and am certified in mat, reformer and private studio Pilates. My classes offer a welcoming, judgment-free environment, suited to all capabilities and starting points. Each class is layered with levels of progression and difficulty so I can ensure everyone has a good session with an appropriate level of challenge.

Looking forward to seeing new and familiar faces from next week onwards every Tuesday and Thursday.
