Wisemans Ferry & Districts Sports Inc. WF&DSI aims to give the children in our community exposure to a variety of sports. Providing them with experience of sporting skills.

Wismans Ferry & District Sports Inc is a non profit organisation providing sporting opportunities to children in our community adged 4 years and older. The organisation has been operating since 1995 and our aim is to give the children in our community exposure to a variety of sports. This provides expereience of sporting skills for the children, and teaches participaction as an individual and as a

team member. WF&DSI meet Wednesday after school during school terms (we have a small break in the cooler weather) and is ficilitated with several volunteers from the community. We sometimes have specialised coaches of vairous sports run workshops and clinics. Weekly activities vary from Swimming, Athletics, Soccer, BMX, Tennis, Oz Tag, Karate, Basketball and craft. COST: General fees: $50 per child per year; $15 per term; $2.50 per week. VOLUNTEERING: If you have some spare time and would liek to volunteer we would be happy to hear from you. We have a variety of positions available in the areas or paperwork, equipment, coaching, fundraising etc.
