10 x Hamstring Bridge
10 x Butterfly Hip Thrust
I’ll be doing loads more of these 5 minute sessions, they’ll be super easy to mash together for a longer workout or just do them here & there when you can fit them in.
I try to do something like this once I’ve popped Nash down for a nap. Something is ALWAYS better than nothing, never discount the little pieces 🙌🏼
