💪🏼 5 minute glute burner 💪🏼

A quick session for your glutes and hamstrings. Easy to fit in around naps, house work & life!

3 rounds of
10 x Glute Bridge
10 x Hamstring Bridge
10 x Butterfly Hip Thrust

I’ll be doing loads more of these 5 minute sessions, they’ll be super easy to mash together for a longer workout or just do them here & there when you can fit them in.

I try to do something like this once I’ve popped Nash down for a nap. Something is ALWAYS better than nothing, never discount the little pieces 🙌🏼

A quick 15 minute workout! Try this one out when you’re short on time.. or motivation 🤪

3 rounds of
15 each leg of staggered RDLs
Superset with
12 shoulder presses

3 rounds of
12 bent over rows
Superset with
15 calf raises

3 rounds of
12 each leg of donkey kicks

You can use anything you have around you for weights if you don’t have any dumbbells! Shoes, cordial container, etc etc.

Hot core summer incoming!

Join me for a 4 week bootcamp series focused on bringing back to life all of your major & important muscle groups.

You might sweat, but you'll definitely feel stronger for it! You'll have options to make exercises harder or easier with weekly progressions included.

Get around it every Monday from the 19th of January until the 9th of February! Yes - Australia Day included.

Our first 4-week boot camp 😅 HIIT style!

What is HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training is a style of training designed to increase the heart rate over a period of time with a shorter rest period for recovery. Long-term HIIT can increase an individual’s cardiovascular health & performance, especially over a short distance. It’s beneficial to most individuals without injury restraints and can help immensely in team sport performance with short bursts of activity followed by short rest periods.

Who are these sessions designed for? All fitness levels! You participate at a level that suits you. I wouldn’t recommend these for those who are injured as you may not get the most out of it. If you have kids who need to come along they are welcome, however this is at your own risk.

DM the page or comment below to lock in the special price of $45 for 4 sessions! That’s one session for free 👏🏼💸 if you can’t commit to 4 sessions that’s okay, it’s just $15 per session to come along when you can make it.

Long time no chat! I’m slowly returning from my baby hiatus 🧸 so let’s get summer ready (and beyond) together.

If you’re keen to add a regular personal training session to your weekly or fortnightly schedule, let’s talk about your needs. Sessions are personalised to work towards your personal goals - strength, endurance, weight loss, muscle gain and specific sports training just to name a few! DM my page & let’s discuss a package to suit your goals! Why start tomorrow what could be done today?

Our run club group will still be organised via a group chat on messenger for a while - Kirk and the guys have done a mint job keeping this up during my absence. If you want to join in every now and again or every week, just comment below or DM the page and we’ll add you in!

Registrations are open to this 10/10 local run & ride event! I participated last year in the 27km run and was met with unwavering support from volunteers, a stunning trail & the friendliest competitors I’ve ever come across!

If you’re a local runner there’s no excuses, with distances to suit everyone in both the run and ride as well as some of the cheapest entry fees 👏🏼

As I move into the next little chapter of life 🤰 I’ll be stepping back for a little while from run club & group sessions.
