Since I can’t see any of my photography clients right now, I’ve started offering online Pilates classes.
I’m qualified through Studio Pilates. I did this last lockdown and was so toned and strong by the end of lockdown, plus it’s a good stress relief!
Classes are at 8pm Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
Beginners to advanced, all skill levels welcome.
Only $10 a week for one lesson, or sign up for the 3 for $25 a week.

Hi guys
I’ve been a bit quiet here as most of my time has been taken with my growing photography business, however I have had a lot of people request I offer zoom Pilates lessons again as I did last lockdown.
I’m definitely feeling the loss of regular workouts so have decided to offer this service again.
These are crazy times, so I’m going to be keeping them very affordable.
They will go for one hour and I’ll be running them at 8pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, so hopefully we will be able to get our kiddos down to bed and can have some ‘me time’.

Prices:
$10 per session
Or 3 sessions for $25.

Covid muscle tone progress!

Decided to get back into some Pilates to keep sane over the Covid ISO period. This is the result of 3 one-hour zoom lessons a week! (Thought I’d take a couple photos before hubby installs my new pole, as pole will change my muscle shape again. Complete with messy bathroom and toothpaste splatters for authenticity 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️) Feels good to be getting my body back to normal!

Special mention to Sandra Murray for commitment, who rarely misses a session and is now doing double the amount of reps to when we started!

Let me know if you want in on our zoom Pilates lessons and I’ll add you to the group. 8pm Monday, Wednesday and Fridays!

Leave your email address (or PM me) and download zoom meetings if you’d like an invite to join in some Pilates. If you don’t have a Pilates/yoga mat, you can use a beach towel.
Don’t use your bed, you want a firm surface.

Also, tell me your preferred time. I’m not much of a morning person, so thinking 10am, 1pm or 8pm.

When you realise you slept in and haven’t eaten breakfast or lunch... (I’m a never miss a meal kind of girl!)
Raided the fridge for something quick, and realised we happened to have some of my favourite foods.
Cos lettuce, cucumber, red capsicum, celery, figs, prosciutto, halloumi and pine nuts, with olive oil and golden caramelised balsamic vinegar. Sooo good!
