My Hatha Yoga classes will be paused for a few weeks.
If you are new to yoga and don’t know what to expect -
In a Hatha Yoga class, rest is an intentional and important part of your practice.
You’ll be guided to pause between postures, giving your body time to settle and your breath to return to a steady rhythm. These moments aren’t just breaks—they help you stay aware, maintain good alignment, and move more safely through the practice.
At times, you may be invited into gentle resting shapes like Child’s Pose, allowing you to soften and reset while remaining present.
Each class also finishes with Savasana, a period of stillness where your body fully absorbs the benefits of your practice.
Remember, listening to your body is encouraged—rest whenever you need to.
