F**T PITT is a Bootcamp that operates in the great outdoors.and in the boutique gym within the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley. We strive to help you create a better healthier way of life through fitness and lifestyle choices. We offer a v

ariety of group fitness classes 6 days per week catering to men/women and children of all fitness levels. Classes include but are not limited to cardio based workouts, boxing, interval training, plyometrics, HIIT, TRX, Pool sessions, low impact and high impact options. We know what you are striving to achieve goals and our aim is to help you get there. " Experience The Difference".

~ Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9.30am, 6pm Gym sessions (Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury)
~ Tuesday/Thursday 6:30am, 9:30am, 6pm outdoors (Mcquade Park)
~ Monday/Wednesday 9:15am outdoors (Peel Park North Richmond)
~ Saturday 8am (mixed location)

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to challenge yourself, we’ve got a class to suit every fitness level!

🏋️ IRON CREW
Strength-based training using barbells, dumbbells and functional equipment to build strength, muscle and confidence.

💻 ZOOM
Train from home! Join our trainers live in real time and complete the workout alongside the class.

💦 H2O
Low-impact water workouts that still deliver a great workout. Perfect for injuries, pregnancy, older adults or anyone wanting to exercise without putting stress on their joints.

🥊 HIIT / BOXING
Alternates weekly between partner boxing sessions and high-intensity bodyweight & conditioning workouts to keep things fresh and fun.

👧 TEEN F**T (Ages 10–15)
A fun, supportive mixed training class designed to help pre-teens build strength, fitness and confidence.

Who needs a sled push session when you can just push a mower up a hill instead? 😅🌱

I was having a bit of FOMO missing out on a gym session over the weekend, so I figured mowing the lawn would be a good substitute… 😁😂

After wrestling the mower up and down the hill, I’m pretty sure the gym session would may been easier! 💪🤣

Just goes to show that movement comes in all forms
