Achieving the pull up the extra squat, the extra kg weight lift, the run instead of a walk hearing about the pants or dress that now fits. The energy that flows.The smile at the end of a session knowing it was all worth while.
Favourite exercise to coach?
Chest press/ deadlift/ pull up and Squats oh and definitely burpees 😄 🤣
What would you say to someone nervous about their first class?
It just takes that first step, just get out of the car and walk in and please know you are not alone as we all took that step too, and once you do it you never look back, guaranteed.
What do you love most about being a trainer?
The smiles, the comments, the camaraderie, the sheer determination, watching other clients share in the wins of others and helping them to achieve it, just knowing I may be able to change that one little thing for someone and know it made a difference,be it mental or physical!
What’s something you’re oddly good at?
Skipping, short distance treadmill sprints, just a look that makes people do more than they say they can
Ideal day off looks like…?
A walk with my man/ sadly 9 yr old and fur babies dogs a coffee/ breakfast/ a red wine around the fire pit and amashing through a novel. Knowing all the housework and washing was already done
If fitness didn’t exist what would your dream job be?
Photography of course or being a ceo of an ice creamery with 7 figures attached
Favourite cheat meal?
Laksa, icecream, Chocolate licorice bullets... the list goes on, yes im human!

Music loud or Quiet focus?
Definitely loud music, my quiet thoughts are ruthless
Group training or 1-on-1?
I love both
