**Starting this week!!**

Available to anyone and everyone interested in learning different techniques and training styles!!

I will be aiming to offer an affordable option to anyone that can't afford to train privately.

For 20$ an hour, book in to train with me. This will consist of a day/muscle group from my program and I will be up to explain anything done during the session, Help you improve form and push you further then training alone.

The goal of these sessions:
-Improve technique
-show a variety of training styles
-improve your intensity
-Increase your motivation
-learn different Principles to improve strength, maintain tension, isolate individual muscle groups and activate correctly.

Obviously i can't train with everyone all day so sessions will be limited!!

To many woman think lifting weights or doing weighted exercises will cause them to be "bulky" or "masculine", yet want to "tone up". correct weight training for females can help tighten the waist improve curves and glute development.

To achieve a "bulky" look one has to train and eat in a certain way, especially as a woman it does not come naturally to look this way. If you want to feel more confident in a bikini or on the beach, simply running for 45 minutes is not going to be the solution.

Bryden here is doing an upper body session,finishing off back with negative chin ups, clearly showing back development across her lats. That improvement doesn't come from avoiding weights and only using treadmill.
