I was a Lifesaver at Alex Heads SLC on the Sunshine Coast (Bronze Medallist) where I was also a competitive surf-boat rower competing Nationally. I trained for 5 years in Go-Kan-Ru, Shaolin Kung-Fu and Thai Kickboxing which I have built into my personal training platform. I am a cyclist and have competed Nationally as well as sole expeditions in long distance cycling. I am lucky enough to now be t

raining my nephew as an up and coming cyclist and enjoy doing so. Recently moving back to Brisbane, I am now a personal trainer at YMCA, Bowen Hills and am currently open to taken bookings.

Keg lift 68kg, feels like 130kg... now how to lift the bastard? Strong flat back to bent over row, pull the keg to your hips, sit deep into the hole (bottom of the squat). Change hand position to adjust grip ready for the lift, brace your mid section (abs), open your hips, pull back and drive the ground away from you as you stand. Optional: s*x faces and grunts perfect for insta.
