I think it’s safe to say the era of relying solely on technique and natural talent in bjj are over. Just take a look at the guys at the very top of the food chain they are all jacked athletic monsters. I’m not saying you need to be a swole heavy weight but neglecting your strength and conditioning is putting yourself at a massive disadvantage. Just saying 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Side effects of training at TTC may include Jacked forearms and Kung-fu grip ✊🏻🤜🏼👊🏻. With many custom attachments, thick rotating grip dbs and many sets of fat grips it’s almost impossible not to improve your grip. *disclaimer be careful shaking regular mortal hands after you may crush them 😂

Nek Minute neck training 😂, always be super cautious with neck training remember the goal is to stimulate not annihilate 💀. Here is performing some neck retractions, with the focus on this particular variation being to pull him into a neutral position and hold for 3secs so we can correct his natural neck position . We definitely don’t want to perform this exercise overloaded or with any dynamic force.

Part 2 of our favourite grip exercises for grapplers. Reverse dumbbell can curls. These bad boys are great for developing the Brachioradialis, Brachialis and bicep brachii all import muscles in gripping and pulling for GI or no GI grappling. Thanks (dr Jitsu) for the demo
