Shout out to this absolute weapon for taking out the 1km Trueform Run Time Trial at our finale event! 🚀💨

Here’s what she had to say about the experience:

“I took part in the 28 Day Challenge because I love the extra layer of commitment and friendly competition. It definitely boosted my motivation and class attendance — normally I aim for 4 classes a week, but during the challenge I was hitting 6–7. I really enjoyed the bonus challenges and I was stoked there was a 1km run TT at the finale event. Although, the run effort wiped me out (it followed the 5RM squat 🥵) and I wasn’t in good form to take on the hang and plank challenge — that will be my goal next time!
Thanks to all the coaches and members who were involved — I love being part of the CZ community.”

The focus of this week is about the role building strength and increasing lean muscle play in long term health.

✅BOOK into your sessions for the week and make sure you mark off each session on the scoreboard. You will be allocated to Squad - keep each other motivated 💥

✅Make sure you have set your session goal: 8, 12 or 15 sessions over the 28 Days 🏋️‍♂️

✅ACCEPT the challenge invite in your MYZONE APP - achieve 1300 MEP’s over the next 28 days🏃‍♂️

✅COMPLETE your EVOLT BodyScan. Remember to do this BEFORE class

⏰I will be accepting late Registrations! Please let me know if you want to join in on the challenge or register in club and I will allocate you onto a Squad.

💪🏻To help you stay on track and finish the year STRONG, sign up to our “COMMIT TO FIT” program, starting on the 18th November, to keep you on track throughout the festive season.🎄

Depending on your goals, you get to choose what is right for you.🙌🏻

You decide whether you want to complete 8,12 or 15 Coaching Zone classes over 28 days. To help keep you motivated you will be teamed up in a squad -your training buddies - to keep you accountable.👊🏻
