• Tonight, more than 122,000 Australians are experiencing homelessness and countless more are at risk of joining them.
• New South Wales is facing a homelessness crisis. The rising cost of living, combined with the rental shortage, means homelessness is increasing dramatically. Your fundraising will give Vinnies an extraordinary capacity to reach the most vulnerable people in New South Wales, and help them rebuild their lives.
• More support right now is crucial. More people are losing their homes, and the longer someone experiences homelessness, the harder it can be to escape it. Your fundraising efforts this year will help fund support programs and skills training – to help people who are struggling to break the cycle of homelessness.
