Pilates is my way of grounding, finding equilibrium and strength as well as unlocking and unblocking the body, mind, spirit connection 💪 also holding safe space for healing through sound, movement and wisdom/sharing circle🙏 💞 feeling a bit out of sorts recently as I haven't been consistent enough but in the next couple of weeks will be interesting to see how the quality of life will be improved through having people to work with on a consistent basis with intention, patience and a greater attunement around body awareness. Come one come all. 💜💙
