It’s a microcosm of most places in the world we’ve visited. Coniferous pines co-existing with banana plants ans hibiscuses, cherry blossoms turning the city pink - early morning sunrise in the clouds, crystal clear takes, mesmerizing root bridges, slow unhurried people and of course flirting with the land borders- Meghalaya was something else. Coincidentally this has been the busiest month work wise - my team’s been working extra hard to get people onboarded after the nervous system mapping calls. We are on a full break end of this month, but we are re-opening 5 slots in the last two weeks of December. Link in bio. See you !

This closes soon.

Your choice isn't whether you need nervous system support. You already know you do.

Your choice is whether you'll keep operating at 60% capacity while everyone thinks you're at 100%, or whether you'll finally close that gap.

This isn't about perfect timing. Perfect timing is a luxury that broken people can't afford.

This is about using the window you have.

September will come whether you're ready or not. Your choice is whether you meet it as the same person who's been struggling, or as someone who used July to finally get the help they needed.

What do you want to tell yourself in three months?

Don't let another year pass wondering "what if."

The most expensive thing isn't the plane ticket. It's living your whole life with a dysregulated nervous system.

Real luxury isn't the location. It's having a nervous system that can actually enjoy it.

Old me could afford the trip but couldn't afford to be present for it. Brain constantly spinning, unable to appreciate what was right in front of me.

I'd spend thousands on beautiful experiences and then be too dysregulated to actually experience them.

Now I'm present for every moment. Not because I'm naturally more mindful, but because I invested in nervous system regulation first.

The ROI on nervous system work isn't just how you feel. It's:
- Decisions you make from clarity instead of panic
- Relationships you can actually show up for
- Opportunities you don't miss because your brain is foggy
- Experiences you can actually enjoy instead of endure
- Years you don't lose to operating below capacity

You can buy the most expensive vacation in the world, but if your nervous system is dysregulated, you're not really there for it.

Invest in your internal state first. Everything else becomes more enjoyable.
The real luxury is presence. Everything else is just expensive distraction.

You can't outrun a dysregulated nervous system. Even to paradise.

Doesn't matter where you are - if your nervous system is dysregulated, paradise feels like prison.

I used to think the problem was my location. My job. My schedule. My circumstances.

So I'd plan these elaborate escapes. Beautiful places, perfect itineraries, thinking: "Once I get there, I'll finally be able to relax."

But I'd arrive in the most stunning location and still feel that internal chaos. Still have the racing thoughts. Still unable to actually enjoy what was right in front of me.

Because the problem wasn't my external environment. It was my internal state.

Two years of nervous system work later, and now I can be calm anywhere.
Not because I'm more enlightened or because I've mastered meditation.

Because I understand how my nervous system works and how to regulate it.

The most expensive vacation in the world can't fix what needs to be addressed internally.
But once you address it internally? Every location becomes more enjoyable. Every moment becomes more accessible.

Real freedom isn't geographical. It's neurological.

Send me a private message if you've tried changing everything external but nothing internal ⬇️
