2Cranky started off as a daily driver (ASH833), stock v6 Vt commodore which, Darin's wife "Ashleigh" purchased around 2007. Ash had always wanted to turn it into a v8 and after meeting Darin, they worked together each night to make the transformation happen. (Plus a few additional upgrades)

After about a year of driving in powercruise events, tweaking here and there and using the car for both on and off track purposes...Darin and Ash became good friends with the Kimbers. Even though the car was still road registered, the temptation was too much. Darin began competing in the v8 classes, not only in madaz burnouts but also away from home events. After thoroughly enjoying entering burnout competitions throughout the year, Darin decided it was time for some more upgrades and has been tinkering away any chance he gets....

2017 - 2CRANKY will be returning after her second lot of major life changing surgery!
