Anyone who knows me knows I refuse to let age catch up to me physically.
That’s just not something I’m willing to accept.

So when my body started holding fluid, I was inflamed, and I felt completely off — I wasn’t going to just chalk it up to getting older.

But I did have to get honest with myself. I’d been getting loose with my own habits for about six months. Not dramatically — just gradually letting things slip.

And my body was done pretending it was fine. So I applied exactly what I teach my clients. Structured deficit reset phase. Re-feeds built around my hormones and where my body is at right now.

It rebuilt the structure I’d let go ofF -
TRACKING MY NUTRITION
SLEEP
TRAINING WITH INTENT,
STEPS
SELF CARE
SAYING NO… SOMETIMES

— and reminded me what it feels like to be in the body I love.

My coach told me something when I competed that I still come back to every single time

Honestly... she’s not wrong. The logic is airtight.

This is my life between client check-ins, reel filming, and running two businesses 😂

We are NOT bakers. 😂

But me and my 15-year-old decided to attempt homemade cinnamon scrolls anyway — and honestly? I have no regrets.

There was dough stuck to hands. Complaints about cold ingredients. A teenager who thought she knew better than me the entire time. And yoghurt that shall not be spoken of. 🤢

But we pulled it off. And the macros? 👇

That’s a THIRD of the calories of a store bought scroll. A third. So you really have no excuse not to make these.
