HIRT Division PRIVATE TRAINING GYM - Specialising In Building Better Bodies We are HIRT Division, a fitness and lifestyle facility helping people be the best they can be.

We currently operate 1 facility out of the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, The HIRT Division, located in Point Cook. HIRT Division is a Personal Training based gym where we run both semi private Strength & Conditioning programs (similar to American football – ie weight training, and high intensity resistance training - hirt) and Boxing programs (both technical and fitness boxing). Neither of which y

ou need any previous experience in. Our philosophy on training is combining both high intensity movement where you burn fat, get the heart rate up and get fit! And we also combine weight training – controlled technical weights movements ie deadlifts, squats, chinups, bench press etc. With a blend of the two, our trademark program “the 2, 3, 4 way method (combining 2 3 or 4 exercises in a row) will deliver incredible results and make you LOVE training!
