Williams Landing FC Members,

We’re pleased to welcome Connor to the club.

Connor will be working closely within our Academy program, assisting across a number of age groups while also helping support and further upskill our coaching staff of our Development teams throughout the season.

Connor brings experience from a range of professional and high-performance football environments across England, Spain, and South Korea. Throughout his coaching journey, he has worked within academy and elite youth development settings, helping develop players across both the technical and performance phases of the game.

His exposure to different football cultures and methodologies internationally brings valuable knowledge and perspective to our environment, particularly in areas relating to player development, tactical understanding, training standards, and modern coaching practices.

Connor has also had exposure to some of the world’s most recognised football environments, including experiences connected with Real Madrid methodology and elite European academy structures, further strengthening the level of knowledge and professionalism he brings into our Academy.

His philosophy aligns strongly with the Williams Landing way:
developing intelligent, technically capable players within a structured and demanding environment.

Connor’s addition is another important step forward as we continue to strengthen both our player development pathway and coaching standards across the club.

We’re excited to have him involved and look forward to the positive impact he will have throughout the season.
