Big shoutout to !!!
He’s absolutely crushing it! There’s still more to achieve, but it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.
🌟 In 8 weeks we have accomplished…
🚀 Increased our daily step average from 3-4K to 10-12K.
🚀 Began tracking protein and calorie goals to improve food choices, knowledge and past behaviours.
🚀 Focus on himself and being consistent with 3 gym sessions per week.
🌟 You have choice to change what outcome you have in life.
