Seems there is a new disease, intolerance and illness daily that we are struggling to find a cure for what is so abnormal and profound we are still left searching for continual answers. This brings me to where my passion lies, buried in mindset. All feelings, motives and decisions are comprised by our past experiences/traumas and stored in the unconscious mind. We are left in semi-autopilot with the primary source for judgements, feelings and daily behaviour in the conscious mind. Making change requires a few of things to unlock our fears of mediocrity.

Big shoutout to !!!

He’s absolutely crushing it! There’s still more to achieve, but it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.

🌟 In 8 weeks we have accomplished…

🚀 Increased our daily step average from 3-4K to 10-12K.

🚀 Began tracking protein and calorie goals to improve food choices, knowledge and past behaviours.

🚀 Focus on himself and being consistent with 3 gym sessions per week.

🌟 You have choice to change what outcome you have in life.

✅ Lost 7.5 cms from Abdomen Area

Good Evening!

🎯 My 28-day goal was to regain fitness, lose belly fat, and improve mentally.

PROCESS:

🚀 Walked 20-30 mins daily, often hitting 10,000 steps. Upped my golf practice to 3 times a week.

🚀 Logged my food daily, had 2 serves of fruit, and 4 protein-packed meals. Cooked 80% of the time with flexible, balanced meals.

🚀 Completed 12 workouts, pushing past my comfort zone, boosting confidence and mindset.

❤️ This wasn’t dramatic, just sustainable habits. Planning ahead was a game changer. I stayed mindful of my food intake and made better choices 80-90% of the time.

🌟 Hope this inspires others – it just takes effort, time, and thought. Ready to see what the next 28 days brings!
