A cracking start to the day with our 6am Barossa Bootcamp session.

Just the 2 of us today, so come along and join us, there's plenty of room for you all!!

After a quick jog and a few body weight exercises to warm up we got stuck into a heafty 7 station circuit workout. That got the sweat rolling and hearts really pumping!

After our circuit we did a quick set on the kettle bells for an extra calorie burn πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Then cooling off with 5 minutes on the air bike.

A fun time had by all last night, smashing out our Monday night double session.

A 10 minutes skipping warm up then 4x4 minutes of pad work rounds followed by 500 crunches to finish up our cardio kickboxing.

Then straight into a 35 round Bootcamp session - a great way to smash calories!

It's been hot as Hades but we love every minute of it! Training in the heat is awesome!!

Cardio kickboxing, Kids PTs, kids kickboxing and Muay Thai.

What an awesome fun night of training, so many laughs 🀣

We actually did some exercise ...tonight we did some technique drills we worked on those for about 40 minutes then we ramped it up a notch or two and smashed pads.

After padwork we then did heaps of crunches - 500 to be exact, and that was a very extended kickboxing session!

After kickboxing a few of us then ripped into a killer kettlebell workout.

Tonight was so fun!

A fun night hanging out with these awesome people...

We did a skipping warm up, smashed pads ...then did heaps of crunches, 500 to be exact!

Some of the folk then ripped into a Bootcamp workout out on the main floor, while the .martial.arts boxing session got underway in the ring.

Every Wednesday our trainer .daviss leads a group to run hill sprints - always an absolute killer finish!!

We always say double sessions are where it's at folks!!

We want to give a special mention to dad & daughter, Kelvin and Tiana, who have been doing our kickboxing sessions together.
Over the past few weeks they have worked together and with others to learn some striking skills and to build their fitness.
Getting fitter and stronger every session - extra special credit to Tiana for keeping an adults pace at age 12 - super fit!

A fun night hanging out with these folks!

We did some skipping, then everyone smashed pads for a 4 x 4 minute round kickboxing workout.

7:30pm Wednesday is Boxing so Shari and Mel did an hour of sparring rounds, while the other few folk also stayed on to do double sesh but cranked out a bootcamp workout!

HUGE EFFORT tonight well done all.
