There’s a point in every business where things
stop moving.
Just… not shifting.
So you start adjusting things.
Maybe ad something new.
It feels like progress.
But nothing really changes.
Because the issue isn’t out there.
It’s sitting in one place you keep stepping around.
A decision that hasn’t been made.
Standard that hasn’t been set.
Or a move that would force everything else to lift.
You can feel it.
That slight tension every time you think about it.
So instead of going straight at it, you work around it.
Stay productive, logical & comfortable.
And the business stays exactly where it is.
To break through it, you’ve got to stop circling it.
You need to “Name the move”.
Work out what you need to learn to execute it properly.
Then execute.
Not perfectly.
But Now.
Because growth isn’t a new tactic.
It’s you stepping up, learning what’s required, and doing the thing you’ve been avoiding.
That’s what moves the business.
