If there's one thing we know for sure, its that sports as we know it wouldn't be able to function without our volunteers.

Whether its covering duties in the canteen or on the field, coaching, mentoring, or service on committees and being the voice for a membership. Our sport wouldn't be where it is without the our incredible volunteers.

The WHA would like to extend our deepest appreciate for all those who volunteer in any and all aspects for club and association. Next Saturday we will recognise and celebrate our communities efforts to achieve success.

Receiving Skills - Aerial and Bouncy balls, First touch, Mobile and Dynamic

Defending Skills - Steals, Line of Approach, Intercepting, Tight Marking.

Mental Skills - Training the way we play, Embracing and Learning through Mistakes, Goal Setting, Getting the Best out of your team mates.
