A little reminder to help keep our classes enjoyable and respectful for everyone.

Please keep phones away and don’t texting during class.

Please don’t talk over your instructor. Respect their time and the experience of those around you.

Arrive 10 minutes early so you’re ready to start on time.

For all Hot Mat classes, please bring a towel large enough to cover your mat.

A small change to our Wednesday evenings 🔥

We’ve been listening to our community and looking at how we can make our timetable work better for you. From next Wednesday, Hot Strength will now run at 6pm on Wednesdays, replacing the current 5pm class.

We hope the later start gives a few more of you the chance to get into the studio, switch off after the day and get your Hot Strength session in.

Bookings are open as usual. We’ll see you at 6pm 🤍
