Huge congrats to Bec, one of our awesome members at QuickFit Whittlesea for finishing the Sydney Marathon 🏃‍♀️💛

After stopping running after High school a friend talked her into a 10km… and the running bug hit hard 🏃‍♀️

Bendigo Half (2024) → Gold Coast Full Marathon (2025) → Sydney Marathon (2026) 🎯

“Preparation for the Sydney Marathon I focused on increasing my overall strength and consistency. Which included running 3 days a week and Lifting 2 days a week. Following a program created by Jimmy at QuickFit Whittlesea”

Running has given Bec more than fitness it’s been grounding, helped her through grief, and built real confidence.

Next stop: Hobart 🏔️ — pushing to 50-60km weeks to get there.
