Ally is a fully qualified and insured yoga instructor RYT 350, with over 20 years of personal experience and 3 years of teaching experience. Ally teaches Hatha/Vinyasa yoga which is a gentle stretch style with options to suit all bodies. Ally focuses on adjusting stretches to suit the individual strength and ability of her students.

Hi all you lovely peeps out there, as many of you know "I'm moving to the beach".

I've decided to withdraw from social media for a while....possibly forever..

The final Savasana at AllySyogA in Brigadoon with a beautiful group of local Yogis took place on 26th November 💖
I feel so blessed to have been able to share Yoga with so many of you over the past 10 months in my little studio in the hills.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you for your commitment to practice with me so regularly 🙏
