Pine Valley Pistol Club PVPC is WA's Premier Practical Shooting Club, located in Whiteman Park. pvpc.com.au PVPC holds weekly shoots which start at 1pm on Saturday.

Pine Valley is home to the largest practical pistol club in Western Australia and is one of the largest IPSC clubs in country. Situated within the Whiteman Park International Shooting in the Perth Northern suburbs, PVPC has arguably the best facilities of any club. The International Practical Shooting Confederation is the ruling body of this exciting shooting sport. IPSC pistol shooting involves m

oving through courses of fire shooting at paper and steel targets with specialised target pistols. The sports motto of DVC – Diligentia, Vis, Celeritas (Accuracy, Power, Speed) reflects the style of shooting where competitors move at high speed and solve complex shooting problems in a freestyle manner. IPSC is a great spectator sport and it is more akin to an extreme sport than the traditional slow fire pistol shooting seen at the Olympics. Once a month, there is a larger ‘trophy shoot’ which consists of extra stages, and also allows shooting on a Sunday morning.

We were honoured to be the beneficiary of a recent invitational competition hosted by Pine Valley Pistol Club held in support of Veterans and the Bravery & Betrayal documentary.

2025 St Barbara’s Invitational

PVPC would like to announce that the 2025 St Barbara’s Invitational will be held on Sunday, 14 December!

Key Dates:
Saturday, 13 December – Range Officers and helpers will compete
Sunday, 14 December – Main event for all competitors

Following the match, PVPC will be hosting an auction to raise funds for the Wandering Warriors organisation, supporting veterans and their families.
