I suffered with self worth, breakups, relationships, friendships, rejection, in workplaces, ect.

Negative thoughts can amplify suffering.
Practice gratitude by focusing on what you have rather than what you lack.

Between work, running a business, and juggling a million responsibilities, keeping life admin in order, making sure kids are fed and loved, remembering when you last washed your hair and if you put deodorant on today it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. As a health and fitness coach, I know what it feels like to be stressed and busy. I have the same excuses as everyone else, I just choose not to use them. πŸ’ͺ

Self-growth is just as important. 🌱✨ You can't pour from an empty cup. Take the time to nourish yourself, to learn, and to grow. πŸ’œ

Let's embrace self-care, prioritise our well-being, and push through those excuses, because a thriving mum means a thriving family.

There's no such thing as a perfect moment.
You have to take the moment and make it perfect.
Perfect only exists in hinsight.

Take action, and do what a clock does, move foward.
Don't get caught up watching the time tick. Because you don't move, only loose.
