💙🤍💛 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE U13 CENTRAL SHARKS! 💛🤍💙
Our U13 Central Sharks’ season came to an end yesterday, going down 22–14 to a very strong Scone Thoroughbreds team in an intense and physical defensive battle.
Every player gave 100%, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far this team has come.
From two clubs unsure if they could field a team, Central Charlestown and Belmont North Sharks joined together, and these boys had to learn to play together, trust each other and become one united team.
And what a team they became! Finishing 3rd in their competition, behind two very strong Group 21 teams, is an incredible achievement. 👏
A huge thank you to our coaches Kade and Chop, first aiders Kurt and Adam, and every parent and family member who helped make this season happen for our boys against the odds. 💙
Next year will look a little different as the boys return to their respective clubs, Central Charlestown JRLFC and Belmont North Sharks. Both clubs have already had interest from new players, and we hope this season will help both clubs build two very strong teams in 2027.
