Tai Chi for Health & Wellbeing Delivering Tai Chi and Qigong exercies for health and wellbeing purposes. Using the methods of the Tai Chi for Health Program created by Dr Paul Lam.

Tai Chi for Health & Wellbeing aims to bring Tai Chi and Qigong exercises to the general public that are easy, enjoyable to learn, accessible to anyone and most importantly have a positive impact on peoples health and wellbeing. Official Classes will commence Friday 20th January


Friday 7pm – 8pm – St Lukes Anglican Hall

Saturday 10:30am- 11

:30am – Bendigo Botanic Gardens

557-559 Napier St, White Hills 3550 (Outdoor Class – Weather Permitting*)

*If the weather is undesirable on the day class will be moved to St Lukes Anglican Hall
