✨ MATWORK & REFORMER TRAINING COMPLETE ✨

Yesterday marked the final workshop of Cherry’s Matwork and Reformer Certification journey! 🥳🎉

It has been such a pleasure working closely with Cherry throughout her training. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and positive energy have shone through every session, and it’s been amazing to see how beautifully her Pilates education complements her current physiotherapy studies at university 📚💪

Throughout the certification, Cherry has learnt how to confidently instruct both Matwork and Reformer classes with a rehabilitation-focused approach, including injury management, rehabilitation principles, and pre and postnatal exercise 🤸‍♀️✨

The combination of Pilates and physiotherapy is creating a fantastic foundation for her future career, blending movement, strength, recovery, and rehabilitation to help clients move and feel their best 🌟🩵

A huge congratulations to Cherry as she now continues on to complete her supervised teaching hours! 🎓👏 We can’t wait to see even more of her in the studio over the coming weeks 🤩🙌
