WCTC Secretary

It is open to members and non-members, young and old, irrespective of skill.  You do not need to book – just turn up with a racquet.  Balls are provided. Not the confidence to play social tennis, try Open Court Sessions instead.

Turning of the Sod

If you have visited the Courts recently you may have noticed work has begun on our new courts. On Friday 13 March, David Smith (Member for Bean), MLA Chris Steel and Head of Tennis ACT Mark La Brooy visited the courts to turn the first sod and catch up on our vision for the project. All in attendance were excited to see the extent of work already undertaken and were keen to come back for the official opening.

Great to be down at Weston Creek Tennis Club this morning to turn the sod on the construction of new courts. It is a thriving hub for our community, and we look forward to seeing the new courts up and running. Another great example of two Labor Governments working together for our community.
