Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre

Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre boasts indoor and outdoor pools and a state-of-the-art gym, at the former West Pymble Pool in Bicentennial Park.

The Centre managed by YMCA NSW in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council includes an outdoor 50-metre pool and outdoor learn-to-swim pool; indoor 25-metre heated pool; a warm water program pool for water-based exercise; a new indoor and outdoor toddlers pool and water play area; creche, new change rooms and toilets; a health club and gym; a cafe for pool patrons plus a take-away service for park users and increased car parking.

🚧 Program Pool Upgrade Notice 🚧

Our Indoor Program Pool will be temporarily closed from Monday 30 March for a minor upgrade, with works expected to be completed by mid-April.

We understand this is short notice and appreciate your patience—this timing allows us to make the most of the upcoming long weekend and minimise disruption where possible.

👉 Most programs will continue in other pools within the centre
👶 Some infant classes will be affected, and we’ll contact those families directly

The rest of the centre remains open, so you can still enjoy all other facilities and activities 💪🏊‍♂️

Ku-ring-gai Council are running another exciting Seniors Festival in March - and we are taking part in it!

At our Centre we have programs suitable to Seniors including Pryme Movers functional fitness, yoga, aqua aerobics and more. Our gym has accessible equipment that can be used at your own pace.
