3rd May 2026 we said "Farewell to the Green" as we rip it up in preparation to make it the best Green in Melbourne for 2027 by our absolutely awesome Greenkeeper Dig Dig Doug

Was it happysad?
You bet! Did we have fun?
Absolutely!
Did someone go too far? Very likely- (not just smiley faces drawn on the grass, trust us!)
DJ with the mostus
was hitting the tunes just right and a fitting farewell was had...

But it's business as usual in the Club, so drop in for a glass of wine and a natter.

How exciting to watch this new development of the Club in its 160th year!

What a glorious day. Our first teams to compete are the super friendly + and we couldn't ask for better competition. Game on!!

A beautiful demonstration of the flowing formTai Ji Quan, led by our Tai Chi Master Shulan.
For those of you yet to attend on a Monday at 8.30 we practice this as the Simplified Tai Chi, absolutely perfect for beginners. Following an hour on the Green, we stop for breakfast, which is also complimentary- as we welcome all of our community to engage in promoting health and happiness.
