Sprinkle a little magic (aka furikake!) on your day! ✨

Try my seed mix for an easy way to get extra fibre into your diet.

Simone's Super Seeds
Base mix (makes 550g):
⚪ 100g golden flaxseeds
⚪ 100g sesame seeds
⚪ 150g sunflower seeds
⚪ 150g pumpkin (pepita) seeds
⚪ 50g chia seeds

Feel free to add other seeds and nuts - h**p seeds, crushed roasted chickpeas, crushed raw walnuts...

Store in an airtight container and sprinkle over anything and everything! Yogurt, salads, sandwiches, oatmeal, smoothie bowls, eggs. It's a great way to get an extra dose of daily fibre. Each tablespoon (10g) gives you 4g of gut-boosting fibre.
