Dr Brad Trenwith (Chiropractor) and Justin Crowder (Physiotherapist) have worked together since 2013 in private practice at Lakeview Clinic. Through that time they have identified a need for easily accessible, time efficient and affordable training and rehabilitation. Brad and Justin have had a passion for a number of sports/activities ranging from golf, resistance training, long distance running,
mountain biking, cycling, amongst other things and have always found the core to be essential in optimizing performance and minimizing injury. Additional to this, clinically they believe there is a strong connection with a strong core reducing the severity of an injury and helping recovery. Looking into the various types of pilates, Brad and Justin felt reformer based pilates gave not only an excellent core work out, but also was able to provide very safe and efficient functional training that transitions well into not only day to day life, but also into all sports. After much research Brad and Justin felt the reformer of choice was the Allegro 2, providing the best versatility and comfort of any reformer on the market. Exercises can range from very gentle and safe rehab based to advanced exercises which will challenge anyone. The ultimate goal for Brad and Justin was to provide people with a studio that offered affordable classes, on what they felt was the best equipment in the industry and was able to cater to their ability level. Whether you are wanting to start with basic core training and fitness, have an intense all over workout or refine your muscle control and coordination for your sport, Brad and Justin feel Reform and Perform is the place to do it.
