Aged 65

Joe is remembered as a valued player joining the club in 1988 & playing thru to early 2000s.
He won an A Grade Best Team Man award 1989((A2). & also a member of 1990 A3 reserves Premiership side.

Playing well over 300 senior games he also represented the Rosewater FC & played several seasons in Whyalla(work transfer) prior to his career at Seaton.

A fearless defender best remembered for his dashes out of the backline.

Most of all he was a decent human being and cared for his team mates.

Welcome to Grand Final Week 💚🤍

Good Morning Ram family, its grand final week so get excited for lots going on at Ram Land this week. Stay tuned for different announcements regarding the GF and also the opportunity to get down to the club and cheer our boys on.

1990 Premiership heroes reunite.
Last Thursday we had the honor of welcoming back players of the last A grade Premiership for dinner and a chat with our current group. It was a great night of reminiscing and memories that was shared by captain Alan Coard and player Mick Pirone. Trent Kelly the son of the great Pete Kelly who was coach of the team also spoke to the group about what it meant to the club during that time. Our boys definitely soaked it in as they endeavor to forge their own history this coming Saturday.
Thanks to all involved who came down and shared in the night.

SRFC Semi Final 2@ Ray White Reserve

All roads lead to Ray White Reserve this Saturday the 5th of September as our Senior Men's A Grade take on PHOS Camden with a spot in this years Grand Final up for grabs and also promotion into Division 2 in 2027.

Calling on all the Ram Family far and wide, past and present to come down the boulevard to Ray White Reserve and make it a sea of green and white giving the boys as much support as we can as they strive to get the job done.

SRFC Finals Footy 🐏🐏🐏

Ok Ram Family, its finals footy and time to come out in force as our own Senior Men's B Grade Rams play a cut throat Elimination Final against the Plympton FC Bulldogs at North Haven Football Club at 12.15pm.
The boys will be giving it their all to keep their season going and we are calling on as much support as possible to get along to the game and cheer them on.
With the A grade having the week off its our only Senior team playing this weekend so lets all get behind them and get them over the line.
